Yesterday, the IM Alumni board and Lia met to initiate a series of strategic meetings. This first one aimed at defining the most important aspects of IM Alumni and building a framework for strategy. After two hours of brainstorming and discussions, the framework was created which will be used in the following two meetings. This is where you, our members, come in!
On Monday, February 24th and Tuesday, March 3rd we will be holding the „Future Café“ workshops. These are open workshops for our active members which will be facilitated by the board. The aim is to get the ideas and feedback of the members, present the ideas of the board and discuss together how the association will develop in the future. The whole thing will be in an informal learning style open environment and will take place in the OVR building from 18:00-20:00. Members can show up and leave when they please – however they may not want to miss the after programme which will be „füürobebier“ at the Galicia Bar!
