Social distancing does not discourage IM Alumni. Our members and the board are in lockdown and staying creative to keep us all busy and boost our mood. Here’s a mini-series to give a few glimpses of what we’re doing…

Cheers again!

Socialising despite the distancing. An online Easter apero and there are two event series in the pipeline (tell you more very soon).

Hi all, I’m Serina, an IM Alumni board member, IM alumna since 2019, and a creative 🤗 Most communication content you see on our platforms (especially the visual ones đź‘€) is my work. Lockdown has allowed me to realise many of my countless, creative projects. #IMhome

Theo: “I was made for lockdown”

Hello there,
I’m Theo, the current president of IM Alumni, and someone who thrives when working in diverse and international environments. Having spent many years as a regular volunteer and board member organising events my work now for IM Alumni mostly focuses on reshaping and professionalising our organisation as well as working on how to engage our members more.
So, it turns out I was made for lockdown and it has even forced me to adapt and improve many things in my life.
While #IMhome I have revamped my bedroom to turn it into a dynamic office making sure I still have space for my accumulated trinkets and am not bankrupting myself. Luckily, the stress ball is just for decoration. But it’s good to keep it close for an emergency.
I’ve also been spending much more time doing sport, cooking, and reading and have finally gotten round to assembling some of the large projects that have been collecting dust… As you can see I have the next big one lined up already.
