Last week Katrin and Daniela gained entry to the Solothurn Cantonal Council and witnessed cantonal politicians at work.  They were hosted by Jonas Hufschmid, himself an elected cantonal councillor, who stood as a boss at the 2017 Bid for a Boss.

The heavy morning schedule which Katrin and Daniela followed included  debates on postal services, shipping and fishing regulations and changes to school laws within which Jonas himself presented a motion on behalf of the CVP/EVP/glp/BDP parliamentary group.

The three, all IM Alumni, had plenty of time to discuss especially the implications of being a politician over lunch in Solothurn afterwards. Jonas, standing for the CVP party, has been in office since 2016.  He is also Key Account Manager for the successful Ticketfrog start-up and Project Manager at another start-up, the e-commerce MySign venture.
